Product Manager: RPCPM1006

Product Manager: Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri/ 40 hrs./wk. Wages: $ 157,768 /year. Duties: Own product definition and propose solutions to problems with

debt faced by consumers Collaborate with the engineering team to design and define technical requirements key to delivering the product roadmap, Manage product backlog

and work with the engineering team to plan sprints and deliver releases on time, Support customer lifecycle, helping them implement, troubleshoot issues, and capture feedback, Work with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to define new product features and prioritize them into the backlog, Dive into data to evaluate, understand, and improve how our products are utilized by partners and end-users, Create & track OKRs, KPIs. Use analytic tools to monitor feature usage and identified areas of improvements, Manage stakeholder communication and oversee feature development from inception to implementation using Agile methodology, Collaboratively work with distributed resources from multiple squads that includes engineers, product managers, and designers to execute the prioritized items from roadmap, Create development roadmap for the platform suite by building and maintaining a prioritized backlog list of new features and user stories in JIRA, Write and present technical requirements and user stories to engineering teams, participate in technical design sessions to ensure alignment

  • Experience in handling the Full Cycle of Bench Sales Recruitment. i.e. From Sourcing Job Requirements from Prime Vendors, Vendors, Clients etc., to Submitting the Bench Consultants, Negotiating the best Rates, Following up on Interview Schedules & Placing the Consultants at best deals.
  • Experience in working with OPT/CPT ,H1B, EAD, Green Card & US citizens.
  • Knowledge on all United States Tax-terms (Like w2, 1099 and corp2corp).
  • Regular interaction and Follow-up with Bench Consultants and identifying their needs and getting them in to projects accordingly.
  • Should Have a good Database & Rapport with Tire1 Vendors, Vendors & clients.
  • Expert in Job Portal searches likes Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, Indeed, LinkedIn etc. and also other networking Methods.
  • Ability to do H1 Transfers.
  • Must have Excellent Communication Skills (Both Oral & Written).
HR Manager - RPCHR1003
  • Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
  • Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations.
  • Prepare and set up for new employee orientations.
  • Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions.
  • Provide assistance in administering employee benefit programs and worker's compensation plans.
  • Answer questions regarding eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other pertinent information.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (including competency in use of Excel, Word, PPT, and Outlook) as well as the ability to learn new programs and skills as needed.
Immigration - HR- RPCImmigration1004
  • Maintains knowledge on all federal and state employment laws and provide changes to same as per requirements and coordinate with our internal team to maintain all immigration applications and collaborates with our site HR to resolve all immigration issues.
  • Educates recruitment team, site HR & potential candidates on immigration process, regulations and timeline.
  • Maintains and updates log for all Visa and maintain knowledge on all status and assist to hire and terminate (working in conjunction with the site HR) all employees and supervises and manages all visa petitions.
  • Monitors efficient working of U.S immigration programs and assist to provide appropriate response to all immigration questions and resolve all issues according to required legal requirements.
  • Ability to file H1B cap cases, file H1B Transfers, File Perm, i-140, i-485
  • Maintains relationships and coordinates with external law firms to design all processes and maintains track of all work visa status and prepares reports for leadership.
Accounting / Finance - RPCAcct1005
  • Accountant to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions. Senior Accountant responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures. A successful Senior Accountant combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts.
  • Raising and collecting invoice amount from vendors and clients
  • Running payroll for w2 employees 
  • Consolidations and validated cash flow roll-forward templates
  • Quarterly financial P/L statements
  • Consolidate reports and profitability on each w2 separately
